Amy Chang is an experienced professional and military officer with policymaking, strategic advisory, and intelligence expertise in cybersecurity, technology, and Asia-Pacific regional issues. She currently serves as the Director of Product for Resilience, a cybersecurity insurance firm, where she is responsible for the development, design, and deployment of customer-facing products aimed at reducing organizations’ cyber risk.

Before this, she worked in various roles with JPMorgan Chase & Co. First as Head of Cybersecurity Intelligence Group for North America at JPMorgan Chase & Co., and then as Head of Client Intelligence & Strategic Engagement in Global Cybersecurity, where she identified and strengthened existing and potential client relationships and advanced operational collaboration across the financial sector and the U.S. government.

In both these roles, she was responsible for monitoring external threats to the financial sector and for the protection of the firm’s employees and technological infrastructure. Amy was also responsible for the collection, analysis, and dissemination of intelligence to key consumers and stakeholders across JPMorgan. Based in DC, Amy also serves as an important conduit between the financial sector, U.S. government partners, and the intelligence community. Ms. Chang is a graduate of Harvard University John F. Kennedy School of Government and Brown University. She is also an Officer in the Navy Reserve. She is bilingual in Mandarin with extensive travel experience in Asia.
